Description?
- Recruit potential voice agencies & anchor & through online and offline channels,who will be partners on the platform, and develop relationships for a "Voice+" ecosystem.
- Establish and maintain key partnerships with agencies and anchors, and foster strong relationships with them.
- Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to promote the application, events, and users to support hosts and agencies.
- Conduct offline meetings with agencies and anchors to gather feedback, build relationships, and provide timely responses for improvement.
- Assist in the training, guidance and daily management of the agency.
Requirement?
-Master at least Malay, English
-Minimum of 1 year of experience in voice or live-streaming system
-Possess rich resources of Malay hosts and agencies.
-Have solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different people .
-Have a strong social media presence and knowledge.
-Understanding Chinese is preferred
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
