Job Description

Requirements:

• At least 5-8 years in construction project management specializing in mechanical & electrical for Commercial Office Fit-out projects.
• Fluent in Microsoft Project software.
• Full-Time/ contract basis position(s) available.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO "specify relevant ISO standards" standards.
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCad (advantage).
• Must have own transport.
• Proficient in Malay, Mandarin and English language

Remuneration packages:
Basic + incentives

Position: M & E Project Manager
Location: Bandar Puteri, Puchong
Responsibilities:

• Ability to lead a team.
• Take lead on project implementation, develop a detailed project execution plan to monitor, track project site performance, determine potential risks and oversee site works progress to ensure successful completion.
• Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with M & E and safety codes, and other regulations
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
• Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out
• Determines technical project requirements, design specification, and concepts. Review building spatial for code compliance. Performs field measuring, concept studies, test fits, furniture inventory, and BOMA calculations.
