Job Description

Responsibilities:
Ability to lead a team.
Take lead on project implementation, develop a detailed project execution plan to monitor, track project site performance, determine potential risks and oversee site works progress to ensure successful completion.
Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with M & E and safety codes, and other regulations
Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out
Determines technical project requirements, design specification, and concepts. Review building spatial for code compliance. Performs field measuring, concept studies, test fits, furniture inventory, and BOMA calculations.
Requirements:
At least 5-8 years in construction project management specializing in mechanical & electrical
Fluent in Microsoft Project software.
Full-Time/ contract basis position(s) available.
In-depth knowledge of ISO "specify relevant ISO standards" standards.
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCad (advantage).
Must have own transport.
Proficient in Malay, Mandarin and English language
Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM 8000.00 + commission
EPF, SOCSO, EIS

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
