M190 AH CM(A40)Company background: Cosmetic & Skincare ManufacturerWorking Location :Taman Perindustrian Parit Bakar 84000 Muar Johor.Working Hours: (8.30am-5.30pm) Monday- FridaySalary Range: Basic RM 3,000~RM4,000Jobs Requirement:-A diploma /bachelor\'s degree in science or business-based programs.-Have QAQC experience at least 3 years and above.-Have experience in GMP, ISO, HALAL certificated-Previous experience in production or manufacturing.-Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.-In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.-Excellent communication, listening skills, problem-solving, and work teamJobs Description:-A quality control manager supervises staff and oversees product development procedures to ensure that products meet quality and efficiency standards-The quality control manager need to ensure the final products meet client needs and requirements.-Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.-Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them.-Ensuring legal obligations are followed and compliance with regulatory bodies and health and safety guidelines.-Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.-Inspecting the final output, comparing IT to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.-Keeping accurate documentation.
