ROLE PURPOSE: \xe2\x80\xa2 Deliver reliable and robust assist in the operations and support of Microsoft solutions to meet business objectives and technical requirements, to create effective knowledge sharing, collaboration and workflow solutions to drive the effective delivery Assist with training and adoption of new Microsoft 365 solutions and processes including delivery & creation of training plans, materials and documentation. Provide technical user support for incidents escalated from the helpdesk and resolve system / application issues. Explore ways to scale Microsoft\xe2\x80\x99s offering, such as with the Power Platform, within the organization based on business opportunities and other technical innovations. Work with the Microsoft 365 cluster team to develop, manage and implement the Microsoft 365 roadmap, leveraging new platform innovations as they are released. Assist with the migration of content from various sources (SFTP , one drive, SharePoint etc.) to Microsoft 365 environment as designed. Offer technical support on Microsoft PowerBi platform,O365 Exchange Online,Teams to staff in the organization. Supporting the provision of Power Platform environments, working closely with the application support team Providing a support service for users receiving Incidents and Work Requests from Service Desk. Escalating issues to vendors and managing tickets to resolution Maintain uptime by pro-active management and monitoring to ensure environment health, and minimise disruptions to mail-flow Ensure awareness of and support adoption of M365 roadmap and new tools and capabilities and potential use within Brit \xe2\x80\xa2Assist with management of all M365 services (Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power-BI, Power Automate, Stream etc.). QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE : \xe2\x80\xa2 Academic Qualifications: Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology , Information Systems, Software Engineering or relevant professional qualification \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience: At least 3 years experience in, experience in successfully supporting Microsoft 365 products and platform technologies administration and support. Working experience in application server platforms, virtualisation or cloud technology, web services, and middleware. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge: Exposure to Microsoft 365 technologies spanning across wide range of domains (but not limited to) such as Exchange Online, Exchange Online Protection, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Outlook, Intune, Conditional Access, Microsoft Information Protection, OneDrive. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong technical and administrative skills on Android, iOS, \xe2\x80\xa2 Good analytical skills and adept in managing device profiles, device compliance, O/S updates, app catalog . Good communication and troubleshooting skills and able to manage end users expectations effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Atleast have one Certification in Microsoft and/or competing Cloud Technologies strongly preferred.
