M365 Applications Senior Engineer (IT)

Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and maintaining Office 365 tenants and related technologies.
• Maintain Microsoft 365 user account, license and configuration of Microsoft 365 to meet business demand from global.
• Work with IT and business groups to improve collaboration services by gathering business requirements and translating them into technical requirements.
• Coordinate and perform testing of new enhancements and functionality.
• Perform day to day administration of the services and field questions from other teams.
• Troubleshoot problems, develop fixes for production issues and provide updates to team.
• Educate others in IT or business of the functionality and capabilities of collaboration applications.
• Creation and maintenance of documentation.
• Support problem management process.
• The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Professional competencies

• Possess a bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years\' experience in M365 applications for enterprise administration, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio (Plan 1 + Plan 2), Project (Standard/Professional), OneNote, OneDrive for Business, and the corresponding M365 WebApps
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office technologies and VBA coding
• Able to understand and manage business user requirements, and drive solutions implementation
• Experience in resolving, tracking and monitoring incidents and service tickets related to M365 applications
• Able to perform root cause analysis for identified issues in order to eliminate or reduce the frequency of recurring issues.
