Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Microsoft 365 Copilot Technical Consultant to support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 Copilot in anenterprise environment. This role requires deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365 services, a strong understanding of AI governance, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the configuration of the M365 Copilot service in accordance with governance & security requirements, including Purview Define and implement the governance of available agents Follow-up on the evolution of the service as delivered by Microsoft and understand the impact on the Swift environment. Identify opportunity for improvements when available Troubleshoot user issues as L3 engineer Address security and governance challenges related to generative AI Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support large-scale M365 deployments or migrations. Participate to the design of the roadmap for M365 Copilot service (integrations, evolution towards agentic AI..)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Understanding of the M365 Copilot service Understanding of Copilot prerequisites, including Microsoft Search indexing, permissions, Microsoft Purview, licensing requirements, and Graph connectors. Strong experience with Microsoft Graph and related APIs. Understanding of the architectural elements behind the M365 Copilot service Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies and administration, experience of the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and associated portals (Security & Compliance, Entra, Intune). Knowledge of AI governance and security best practices.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,806.69 - RM13,172.99 per month
