. You are the person who looks at a bloated, manual process and sees a streamlined automation waiting to happen. You don't wait for "Resource Allocation" or 6-month roadmaps. You open your toolkit, connect the pipes, write the necessary scripts, and

ship the solution.

You exist at the intersection of

Low Code speed

and

Pro Code power

. You use visual builders to move fast, but you rely on hard SQL and custom JavaScript to break through the ceiling of what those tools "should" do.

What You Will Do

You will be the architect of our internal tooling and customer-facing portals. You will use a blend of visual development and "Pro-Code" injection to create robust ecosystems.

Build the Impossible, Faster:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using our Low Code platform (e.g., Retool, OutSystems, PowerApps, Mendix).

Master the Data Backbone:

Use

SQL

to architect complex data models, write performant queries, and ensure our applications are fed with accurate, real-time data.

Orchestrate the Flow:

Design intricate

data processing workflows

. You will automate the manual, turning chaotic business processes into streamlined, error-free digital pipelines.

Break the Limits with Code:

When out-of-the-box features aren't enough, you will inject custom

JavaScript

to build bespoke UI components, handle complex logic, and interact with third-party APIs.

Collaborate & Innovate:

Work directly with business stakeholders to translate "I have a problem" into "Here is your app."

The Toolkit (Requirements)

We are looking for an engineering mindset. We don't just want someone who can drag widgets; we want someone who understands how software works.

The Logic:

Proficiency in

JavaScript (ES6+)

. You know how to manipulate DOM elements, handle asynchronous requests (Promises/Async-Await), and write clean, reusable functions.

The Data:

Strong command of

SQL

. You are comfortable with joins, sub-queries, stored procedures, and database design principles.

The Flow:

Experience building

Data Processing Workflows

or ETL pipelines. You understand how data moves, transforms, and loads between systems.

The Platform:

Experience with at least one major Low Code platform (Retool, Mendix, OutSystems, Appian, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Power Platform).

The Mindset:

A deeply analytical problem solver who is obsessed with efficiency and user experience.
