Job Code : M472 WN-C(M45)Job Title : Assistant Production ManagerSalary Range : RM7000 RM 9000Working Hours : 8.30am 5pm (Mon Fri) , 8.30am 1pm (Sat)Working Location : Senai, JohorCompany Background : Food ManufacturingJob descriptionPlan and monitor production to ensure products is enough to meet sales orders and maintain buffer stock levels on time.Production Stock Level Management: Safety Stock Level [Finished Goods, WIP, Raw Material], Resources PlanningKeep track of production-related documents eg: operating consumable, ISO documents, and production expenses.Analyze production performance, like studying how efficiently we\'re using labor and time to produce output.Establish and enforce production policies and procedures.Coordinate with other departments like Sales, Quality Control, Purchasing, and Warehouse.Responsible in handling Production Department\'s Machine, Renovation Project, or Production Operating\'s ImprovisationDeal with any issues that arise in the production process, such as machine breakdowns or operational problems.Monitor production\'s operation met desired quality standard and 5S standardEnsure health and safety rules are followed at all times.Requirements :Minimum 3 year of related experience in Food industry /FMCG products.Excellent in Communicate with superior and subordinate.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
