We are looking for highly driven and motivated individuals who are interested in exploring merger & acquisition and corporate finance sector. You will be learning directly from the experts and working along your teammates to complete your engagements / projects related to our core works mentioned above. Some of our involvement with clients include but not limited to: Conducting a rapid assessment and presale due diligence to highlight issues likely to be raised by buyers, information requirements, and timeline implications. Assisting client management with its data room and data book preparation. Assisting client management with carve-out financial statement preparation. Providing input into legal agreements and purchase price adjustments. Assisting with separation planning and execution. Providing technical accounting and tax advice (where applicable). Responsibilities: Work effectively as a team member by demonstrating your commitment to quality, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating department team members on progress. Participate in due diligence engagements related to transactions involving private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers. Analyse target company data to identify historical and projected financial trends, quality of earnings and working capital considerations, and potential liabilities and risks which may impact valuation and negotiation of the proposed transaction. Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel. Plan and perform research & analysis to support project, presentations, proposal development, report writing or any kind of deliverables. Requirements: Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience preferable in financial audit, M&A, deal origination and/or financial/tax due diligence. Bachelor\'s degree in accounting and/or accounting professional qualifications such as ICAEW/ ACCA/ ASCPA/ MICPA or equivalent. Good command of both written and spoken English. Strong analytical skills, able to analyze financial and non-financial information to formulate views and conclusions. Strong team player with high initiative and excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently. Ideally, you\'ll also have transaction/auditing experience and client facing experience from a professional services background. Come be part of our Team!
