Key responsibilities include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Train models for tasks such as object detection and image segmentation \xe2\x80\xa2 Deploy and optimize models to run fast on single-board computers such as Raspberry Pi and Jetson Nano \xe2\x80\xa2 Build interface bridge between single-board computer and Ardupilot flight controller, communication using UART and Mavlink. \xe2\x80\xa2 Designs, trains, and optimizes deep learning model pipelines for customer applications using state-of-the-art open-source models and custom models from the R&D team. Desirable Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Engineering or a related field \xe2\x80\xa2 Data preparation and Exploratory Data Analysis with tools such as Pandas and Seaborn \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in using a deep learning library, (Tensorflow, Pytorch) \xe2\x80\xa2 Training and validation of DNN computer vision models, familiar with concepts such as NMS, depth-wise separable convolution, and attention maps. \xe2\x80\xa2 Using Linux for ML development, installing packages and setting up a dev environment for ML, exporting trained models to run on other platforms such as Windows. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prior experience in Drone/Agriculture Industry will be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 It\xe2\x80\x99s a bonus if you\xe2\x80\x99re experienced in embedded ML Deployment, including but not limited to NVIDIA Deepstream, ONNX, TFLite, and familiar with model compression and quantization. \xe2\x80\xa2 Nice to have - Experience in training various non-computer vision DNN architectures, e.g. Transformers, LSTM.
