As such, we are seeking passionate & talented ML Engineers with experience in big data processing, data analytics, and machine learning to join our team where you will not only get to work on our incredibly massive production scale, you will also be exposed to elegant products running on world-class technologies that bring our unique On-Demand Transport and Delivery experience to millions of people, anytime and anywhere. • You will design, develop, and implement automation solutions that improve the efficiency of various processes, utilizing your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and engineering knowledge.
• You will collaborate with the Data Science and Software Engineering teams to identify areas of automation and optimization within our systems, with a focus on operational efficiency and reducing manual interventions.
• You will drive automation projects aimed at complex system fine-tuning with real market change, leveraging data-driven techniques to deliver business impact in the automated system.
• You will work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring that the automation projects align with the overall business objectives.
• You will stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in machine learning, optimization techniques, data analysis, and generative AI, and bring new ideas and innovations to the team.

QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You will Need:

• At least 1 year of experience in software engineering, data science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or similar fields.
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals in data structures and algorithms
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and at least one backend language like Go, Scala, Java, C++, or others
• Proficiency in data processing frameworks such as Spark or Flink
• Proficiency in ML and DL frameworks such as XGBoost or Pytorch
• Understanding of optimization concepts and techniques, with experience in applying optimization methods to improve system performance and efficiency.
• Good understanding of large-scale systems and DevOps best practices such as CI/CD
