About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions. This role involves working closely with data, engineering, and product teams to transform data into actionable insights and production-ready models.

Key Responsibilities

Model Development

Design, develop, and maintain machine learning models and algorithms. Apply best practices in model architecture, training, and evaluation.

Data Preparation

Analyze, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources. Collaborate with data teams to ensure data quality and usability.

Model Training & Evaluation

Train, validate, and tune models to achieve optimal performance. Perform experiments and evaluate results using appropriate metrics.

Deployment & Integration

Deploy machine learning models into production environments. Integrate models with existing systems, APIs, and pipelines.

Monitoring & Maintenance

Monitor model performance and data drift in production. Retrain and update models as required to maintain accuracy and reliability.

Collaboration

Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams. Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Research & Innovation

Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML advancements and industry best practices. Explore and implement new techniques where appropriate.

Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts Understanding of large language model approaches, including: Transformers Attention mechanisms

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

in machine learning or applied AI. Strong understanding of the end-to-end model lifecycle, from data preparation to deployment. Experience working with production systems and ML pipelines. Ability to translate technical insights into practical, real-world solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
