Machine Operator (bending)

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Operate bending machines to bend, shape, and form sheet metal components according to work orders and technical drawings. Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet quality and tolerance specifications. Set up machines, including adjusting dies, tools, and machine parameters for different materials and thicknesses. Monitor machine performance and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs. Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to company safety procedures. Assist in minor machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets. Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience operating bending machines in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Knowledge of sheet metal properties and bending techniques. Basic mechanical aptitude for machine setup and maintenance. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Good teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
