: Machine Processing Supervisor

Responsibilities

Establish and optimize the production operation system, formulate and organize production plans, monitor production status, and ensure the completion of production tasks. Coordinate production workshops according to the production operation plan. Effectively schedule and balance the 5 key production factors (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Environment) to ensure orderly production activities and the fulfillment of production tasks. Conduct weekly production meetings to analyze the production situation, propose solutions and corrective actions, and ensure the comprehensive achievement of all production and technical targets. Develop production plans based on project requirements, track production progress, coordinate and resolve abnormal production issues to ensure plan attainment. Submit production material requirements plans based on production needs and dynamically track material flow to promptly resolve material bottlenecks. Continuously implement PDCA-based lean production management to ensure sustained improvement in production efficiency and product quality. Oversee equipment management, organize regular maintenance and repairs to improve equipment availability and efficiency. Implement site planning, production equipment upgrades, retrofits, and related tasks according to company and departmental requirements. Be fully responsible for Safety and Environmental (EHS) management within the scope of responsibility. Organize regular safety and environmental inspections, drive improvements, and ensure implementation of corrective measures. Compile production data (weekly/monthly reports) and report regularly to the Department Manager and relevant collaborating departments. Complete other tasks assigned by the department.

Requirements

Education: Associate degree or higher. Major: Preference given to candidates with a background in mechanical engineering or related fields. Knowledge and Skills: Possess solid understanding of machining equipment performance and standard operating procedures; familiar with general production equipment processing technologies. Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of production management experience in relevant industries. Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office software and CAD drawing tools. Competencies and Qualities: Demonstrated ability to resolve on-site production issues effectively; proactive, responsible, and committed to professional ethics and continuous improvement.

Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
