Overview

We are seeking a skilled Machine Technician to join our team in maintaining and repairing machinery within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be proficient in various maintenance tasks.

Duties:

Responsible for maintenance & servicing of production machine, update and keep proper maintenance record file. Responsible for up-keeping / maintaining of individual small parts inventory and tools and equipment allocated to them. Repair & trouble shooting on production machine & engineering matters to ensure always in good condition ready for production. Execute any other duties assigned by the Superior. Provide technical support and assist the production supervisor to achieve production target & delivery time, involve in machine improvements and cost saving. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery and in the corrective & preventive action for good housekeeping in maintenance work area. Responsible to train and upgrade production operator's skill, as well as helping operator to achieve output and quality targets. You will need to liaise with the tooling suppliers and to ensure minimum downtime of the production machines & inspect the parts when delivered. To execute any assignments/projects given by superior from time to time & generate regular technical reports on the product line performance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of machines. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent downtime. Collaborate with the engineering team to improve machine efficiency. Provide field service support as needed.

Experience

Prior experience in repairing Heiderbergl brand printing machine. Professional certificate in electrical or engineering machine. Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions. Familiarity with logic controllers and electrical systems. Experience working in a manufacturing facility is a plus.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
