- Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical or Manufacturing related field.
- Experience in operating industrial machinery (experience with Mitsubishi V3000 preferred).
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Physically fit and able to work shifts.
- Responsible, disciplined, and attentive to detail.
- Operate and monitor the Mitsubishi V3000 machine to ensure efficient production output.
- Perform setup, calibration, and adjustment of machinery as required.
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality compliance.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issues and report major problems to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the machine and surrounding area.
- Record daily production data and ensure accurate reporting.
- Follow all safety and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
