Requirements

Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical or Manufacturing related field.
Experience in operating industrial machinery (experience with Mitsubishi V3000 preferred).
Basic mechanical and troubleshooting knowledge.
Physically fit and able to work shifts.
Responsible, disciplined, and attentive to detail.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor the Mitsubishi V3000 machine to ensure efficient production output.
Perform setup, calibration, and adjustment of machinery as required.
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality compliance.
Troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issues and report major problems to supervisors.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the machine and surrounding area.
Record daily production data and ensure accurate reporting.
Follow all safety and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
