Machinery Workshop Manager / Iskandar Puteri / Industrial Metal
Job Description
: Manage and coordinate daily operations of the machine workshop and related organizations. Oversee daily production, adjust targets as needed, and monitor changes. Manage and record storage of workshop materials. Develop and implement plans for the machine tool department. Control production costs and maintain profitability. Ensure safety, productivity, and proper maintenance of production machines and equipment. Review and improve work processes and procedures. Propose and implement creative SOPs. Ensure fair and competent task completion by all department personnel. Ensure compliance with QA procedures and standards. Guide and develop team members to enhance their skills and teamwork. Monitor production quality and cost to maintain high productivity. Job Requirements: At least 5 years in workshop operation management. Experience in CNC milling, CNC lathe, and surface grinding is preferred. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field. Proficiency in English and Malay; Mandarin is added advantage.
