Job Responsibility Responsibilities Establish Equipment PM Schedule and ensure the proper execution of PM by maintenance technician Maintain optimum utilization of equipment and resources and constantly review methods of OEE management to reduce machines downtime and increase equipment efficiency Participate actively in key projects such as cost reduction, yield improvement, CPK improvement, New machine qualification, Process optimization, Cycle time Improvement and New part evaluation/qualification, New Project (study process and learn before hand over to production) Design, Modify, Implement and test automated machine, programs, jig and fixture to required job specification in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Lead in-house automation project on layout, build, troubleshoot, repair, and modify developmental and production equipment. Developing the automation system and collaborating with supplier & contractors. New project implement, study, learn, run - to operate equipment / process Troubleshoot automated processes or equipment when error occur Understand production equipment - air pipe, water, electric, piping, machine part, pneumatic system, hydraulic system, diagram system Maintain good 5S and proper housekeeping within the production floor through the involvement of all team members. FIP (FORM IN PLACE GASKET) -run machine, test machine, leak test, checking CPK result, Test part, adjust position of nozzle and other regarding FIP process until complete Overall factory maintenance and facility including floor marking, roof leaking, wall painting, water leaking, air leaking, electric DB & Transformer, machinery water-treatment process, chemical, impregnation process, wiring sensor, and other . Requirements Job Requirements Diploma or above in mechanical & electrical engineering Working experience in CNC machining manufacturing & automation industries 3D modelling skill (Solidworks) Preferred someone with experience in CNC Milling machines (Programming CNC milling machines) Need to have experience in developing CNC programs Good people and staff management skills Job Benifits Medical insurance Professional development
