About the Job

The Machining Team Lead is responsible for organizing and managing the machining team to ensure smooth and efficient production. This includes allocating personnel and equipment according to production plans, supervising adherence to process standards, and maintaining product quality. The role involves daily management, training, and skill development of team members, as well as overseeing equipment maintenance and repair. Additionally, the Machining Team Lead controls material usage, manages inventory, reduces production costs, and enforces safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Responsible for the production organization and management of the machining team, reasonably allocated personnel and equipment according to the production plan to ensure the smooth completion of production tasks.? ?Strictly abide by process discipline, supervise employees to operate in accordance with process documents and work instructions, and ensure the quality of processed products.? Do a good job in the daily management and training of team members to improve their operating skills and comprehensive quality.? Responsible for the daily inspection, maintenance and repair of production equipment, timely report equipment failures and assisting maintenance personnel in handling them.? Control material waste in the production process, do a good job in work-in-progress management and inventory checking, and reduce production costs.? Implement safety production management systems, carry out safety inspections and hidden danger investigations to ensure the production safety of the team.?

Skills and Qualification

College degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Manufacturing and other related majors.? More than 5 years of machining production experience and 3 years of machining team management experience, familiar with the performance and operation of various machining equipment, and have good communication skills and team management abilities.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
