Clinsam Enterprise Job Highlights \xc2\xb7 Work from office \xc2\xb7 Monday to Friday We are looking for a Machining Technician(CNC/Plastic Injection) to join our team based in Malaysia We are looking for the right people to do the work. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Program, set-up, and operate both CNC and conventional machine tools to produce precision parts and components as required according to specifications provided.

• Assemble and test various apparatus, equipment and mechanisms, when necessary, as per assignment.

• Assist with the design aspects of jobs assigned if or when required to assure safety, functionality, cost, and timeline targets will be met with the final product.

• Come up with a process plan to include any necessary fixture

• Inspect, repair, and maintain EMS shop equipment in accordance with required operational and safety standards.

• Documentation of all maintenance and inspection items is necessary.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: \xc2\xb7 At least 2 years related working experience \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of actual machining component tolerances, doable machining parts, and material decision \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in the use of CAD/CAM and solid modelling software for design, tool-pathing, and customer file evaluation and validation. \xc2\xb7 Experience using SolidWorks is an asset. \xc2\xb7 Ability to multitask and manage several projects at a time \xc2\xb7 Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy \xc2\xb7 Interpersonal skills to work within a team, taking direction from Project Managers and Engineers \xc2\xb7 Time management skills to complete error-free work within the required timeframe \xc2\xb7 Communication skills with an emphasis on reading and writing for creating documentation and reports \xc2\xb7 Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop creative solutions \xc2\xb7 personalities of friendly, sincere, and professional are very important \xc2\xb7 Good in time management, especially punctuality \xc2\xb7 Good in productivity, especially capable to complete at least the daily chores \xc2\xb7 Able to communicate in Bilingual (Written and Verbal).
