Milling Machinists

with experience in 3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis CNC machining to join our production team.

Job Responsibilities

Operate and set up CNC milling machines (3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis) according to job requirements. Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and machining instructions accurately. Perform program loading, tool setup, workpiece clamping, and coordinate setting. Conduct in-process inspection using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM-provided reports, and other measuring tools. Optimize cutting parameters, tool life, and machining efficiency when required. Monitor machine performance and ensure parts meet dimensional and surface quality standards. Troubleshoot machining issues such as chatter, tolerance deviation, or tool wear. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper care of machines, tools, and workstations. Support continuous improvement activities for machining processes and workflow. Work closely with Programmers, Engineers, and Quality Inspectors to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience operating CNC milling machines (3-axis/4-axis required; 5-axis experience is a strong advantage). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T. Familiarity with Fanuc / Siemens / Haas / Mitsubishi controllers (depending on your machines). Strong understanding of tooling, fixtures, cutting parameters, and machining fundamentals. Experience with aerospace or precision machining is an advantage. Able to perform basic machine troubleshooting and adjustments independently. Good knowledge of measurement tools and quality inspection methods. Responsible, disciplined, and capable of working with minimal supervision. Willing to work overtime or shifts when required.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM3,179.07 per month
