Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate and resolve technical issues to ensure timely completion of jobs. Work independently to interpret technical drawings, perform calculations, and determine suitable set-ups, processes, and tools. Prepare and submit weekly progress reports. Propose technical improvements to enhance fabrication processes, speed, and quality. Collaborate with team members to optimize job processes and outcomes. Provide accurate estimates for hours and lead times when required. Take responsibility for completing assigned jobs on time and with the highest quality. Operate and maintain machines such as milling, lathe, grinding, CNC milling, CNC turning, etc. Ensure machines are serviced and maintained as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Adhere to all Work Instructions and safety guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering. Minimum
1 year of relevant experience
in machining and fabrication. Knowledge and hands-on experience withCAM software
. Ability toread and interpret mechanical drawings
. Skilled in operating various machines including CNC and conventional equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision. Excellent time management and commitment to meeting deadlines.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
