JOB DESCRIPTION * Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine machining operations, sequence, and dimensions

Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, or other machining operations.
Set up CNC machines, including installation of tools, fixtures, and raw materials.
Operate CNC machines to produce components with high accuracy and within specified tolerances.
Troubleshoot machining issues, adjust offsets, and improve cutting parameters for efficiency and tool life.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of machines and work areas, following 5S and safety standards.
Perform routine maintenance on machines and report any mechanical or control issues.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENT * Certificate/Diploma in Machining, Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CNC machining and programming.
Proficiency in CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code)
Strong understanding of machining principles, materials, and tooling.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
