Responsible for managing external same-day delivery services from the mailroom to designated departments and external offices, ensuring timely, accurate, and secure delivery of documents and parcels.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform
external same-day deliveries
of documents and materials to departments within and outside Menara Maybank, Dataran Maybank, or Mercu Shah Alam.
Collect, deliver, and obtain acknowledgment for all mail items according to the daily schedule.
Handle confidential and time-sensitive items with care and professionalism.
Record and maintain all delivery logs for tracking and reporting purposes.
Notify the Mailroom Supervisor of any delivery issues, delays, or returned items.
Ensure all external delivery activities comply with company safety and security standards.
Support basic mailroom functions such as labeling, sorting, and organizing mail before dispatch.
Maintain a professional image while interacting with clients, vendors, and external offices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum
SPM qualification

Must possess a valid motorcycle license (B/B2)
At least
1 year of relevant experience
in dispatch, mail delivery, or courier services.
Good knowledge of building layouts and delivery routes
(Menara Maybank / Dataran Maybank / Mercu Shah Alam).
Have valid license
Physically fit and able to perform delivery rounds on a daily basis.
Punctual, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality of documents.
