Job Description

: 1) To provide oversight on the design and development of training manual of company automation system 2) To optimize the process, providing stable and cost-effectiveness operation 3) Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standard 4) To study machining production management towards lean manufacturing 5) To study engineering tooling design 6) Develop and maintain process documentation ensuring that processes and procedures are clearly stated and understandable for technician 7) Monitor and report issues with and moulding equipment 8) Provide technical leadership and mentorship to technician 9) Must be able to work independently on new process development as well as troubleshooting current production issues 10) Facilitate and support facility and manufacturing safety, environmental, and ergonomics efforts 11) Process establishment and improvement 4M (Mold, Machine, Material, Method) Qualifications & Requirements:

• Possess at least SPM/Vokasional Cert/STPM/Professional Certificate or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience in mainframe process engineering
• Experience in plumbing/painting/welding/PABX will be an added advantage
• Willing to work on shift rotation schedule (24/7), weekends and public holiday
