• Supporting z/OS for banking clients\' in-house automation scripts using tools like ISPF/TSO, JCL, REXX, OPS/REXX, System Automation, AF/Operator, AMI Ops Automation.

• Supporting Windows Server environments and Automation Point using HTML, SQL, PowerShell, REXX, BAT Script, Barr/PC, Connect Direct, Ansible, ServiceNow, and GIT.

• Optimizing the effectiveness of the organization\'s existing infrastructure technology.

• Provide operation support for mainframe application system in production Z/OS LPAR.

• Perform application software migration and implementation to production LPAR.

• Update Control-M scheduler according to the requirement of mainframe application batch.

• Provide 24 x 7 On-call support

• UAT/Test Print/Deallocation Support

• PGP Application Support/Maintenance/Monitoring

• WINTEL Support - Apply Patches on Windows PGP Server

Specific Duties include:

• Conduct Operation Acceptance Testing for mainframe application new release

• Review and implementation of application release change request

• Perform fault analysis and resolution of operation problems

• Monitor and fine-tune the batch jobs to optimize performance

• Automate operations process

• Document processes and procedures in support of the mainframe operations

• Generate operation reports

• Provide operation and technical guidance or training
