Job Summary:
The Maintance Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the organization by performing a wide range of operational tasks. This role involves coordinating internal processes, maintaining records, assisting in resource planning, and ensuring efficient communication between branches. The executive plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, repair & maintance, and supporting the overall business workflow.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Operations Manager in day-to-day management of childcare centres.
Ensure centres comply with company policies, licensing requirements, and health & safety regulations.
Help coordinate maintenance and repair works across centres.
Handle logistical arrangements for company events, training, and meetings.
Support any ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.
Requirements:
Diploma in any related fields.
TveT Graduate highly reccomend to apply
At least 1 year of repair & maintance.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Detail-oriented and reliable.
Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility.
Able to work well with a team and across different levels of the organization.
Willing to travel occasionally to different centre locations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
