Document Management: Maintaining and updating maintenance logs, service reports, O&M records, and other relevant documentation.
Work Order Management: Creating, processing, and tracking work orders from initiation to completion.
Scheduling and Coordination: Scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, coordinating with technicians, and managing vendor contracts.
Inventory Management: Monitoring and managing spare parts and maintenance tool inventory.
Reporting: Preparing reports on maintenance performance, costs, and compliance.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Communication: Communicating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams regarding maintenance activities.
Financial Tasks: Preparing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents related to maintenance.
General Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the maintenance team, including scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and managing files.
Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
