Job Description

General Maintenance

Assist in performing routine preventive maintenance on guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. Carry out minor repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical work as assigned. Support major repair or installation projects under the supervision of senior technicians or supervisors.

Guest Service Support

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff. Ensure all repair work is carried out efficiently with minimal disruption to guest experience. Report completed jobs and unresolved issues to the supervisor.

Safety & Compliance

Follow all hotel safety and emergency procedures, including proper handling of tools and equipment. Report potential hazards, unsafe conditions, or malfunctioning equipment immediately. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (JKKP, DOSH, Fire Safety, etc.) where applicable.

Teamwork & Coordination

Assist in maintaining tools, workshop equipment, and spare parts inventory. Work closely with other departments (Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B, etc.) to support smooth hotel operations. Attend training sessions and departmental briefings as required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Experience:

Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) Electrical wiring: 1 year (Preferred) Air Conditioner Servicing: 1 year (Preferred) PMS: 1 year (Preferred)
