• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 10 years hands-on working experience in related field is required for this position
• Equipment electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skill
• Good team player, cooperative, communicative, result and quality oriented
• Critical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Leadership, teambuilding and mentoring skills
• Personnel and project management skills
• Computer literate mainly in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / Power Point).
• Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Tanggungjawab

• Overlook the operation of the Maintenance Department - including Mechanical, Electrical and Utilities
• Organize, plan and implement Preventive and Corrective Maintenance program, familiar with TPM
• Ensuring optimum spare parts availability to prevent unnecessary downtime
• Investigate and resolve equipment related downtime
• Lead, train, supervise and develop team members to handle issues effectively in the area of troubleshooting and setup.
• Manage and ensure all manufacturing documents related to maintenance are being prepared and uploaded accordingly and promptly
• Provide support to Production to eliminate quality defects from machines and technical issues.
• Assist management in ensuring maximum safety, health & environmental compliance and adherence
• Ensure effective operation of Maintenance Department - manpower arrangements, approval of leave, shifts and overtime, perform appraisal of subordinates
• Participate in any assigned ad-hoc assignments / projects
