The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.
Provide line support for equipment setup, recovery & corrective maintenance to meet KPIs defined in the Wet Chemistry department. Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and complete PM documentation as required. Able to Perform advance machine troubleshooting. Knowledge to Wet tools (Metal Lift-off, Chemical Spray tool, Wet Benches and SRD tool) is a must. Ensure the compliance to 5S, Cleanroom & Safety Protocol. Support the Tools setup, installation & qualification. Plan & execute projects to improve Overall Equipment Efficiencies (Speed/Cost/Quality). Train junior technicians to attain and improve skills & competencies for line sustaining activities. Support process team for evaluation & process verification. Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronics, Production Engineering or equivalent At least with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Wet Benches, Spray tools, and single-wafer chamber systems such as Veeco, Siconnex, and SCREEN At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required Experience in working with Wet equipment, Schematic Diagram, Robot arm and Sensors Skilled in MS Power Point, Excel & Word Fluent in English/Malay language (verbal & writing) Good interpersonal skills, responsible and able to handle stress * Able to work in rotating shift pattern
