Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented

Maintenance Clerk

to support the Maintenance Department at Future Food Sdn Bhd. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling documentation, tracking maintenance schedules, managing spare parts records, and coordinating administrative tasks to ensure smooth maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of

preventive and corrective maintenance activities

, work orders, and equipment history. Prepare and update

maintenance schedules

, job requests, and reports for the department. Monitor and track spare parts inventory, issue requisitions, and coordinate with suppliers when necessary. Assist in documenting

cooler, chiller, and production equipment maintenance logs

. Support Maintenance Technicians by preparing job orders, follow-up on pending repairs, and updating status reports. Ensure all documentation complies with

GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), food safety, and company policies

. Act as a communication point between the Maintenance Department and other departments (e.g., Production, Quality, Procurement). Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence related to maintenance activities.

Job Requirements

SPM / Certificate / Diploma in

Administration, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field

. Minimum

1-2 years' experience

in clerical/administrative work, preferably in a

manufacturing environment

. Familiar with

maintenance systems, inventory control, or CMMS software

(added advantage). Good computer skills (MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,200.00 per month
