Job Description

• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field (interior renovation works) is required for this position
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Angkat, Kajang area
• Preferable candidates who can speak Mandarin as need to deal with Mandarin speaker suppliers

• Sourcing steel materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective suppliers and vendors.
• Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
• Prepare Purchase Order to suppliers & do filing
• Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
• Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
• Key in supplier\'s invoices (by using S.Q.L. Accounting Software)
• Liaise with customer regarding the maintenance repair works
• Purchase insurance and prepare documents for mall submission (under maintenance job)
• Apply permit with mall management, obtain approval and communicate with maintenance on the work progress.
• Ensuring photos (before & after) in appropriately and delivered to the customer in a timely manner.
• Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by management
