A) 1. Working closely with immediate superior to ensure that the department/section objectives in term of safety, quality, delivery and cost can be carried out effectively and efficiently.
2. Immediately inform/discuss with your immediate superior if you face any problem that required attention that related to the department function and job responsibilities.
3. To follow all legitimate instruction of your immediate superior accordingly. To discuss any arising problem openly and wisely if there are any differences in opinions.
4. You are responsible to ensure that you working area are always clean, tidy and safe.
5. Do not take any drastic action without consulting your superior that could result in loss or danger to self, property or others.
6. To make sure that all rules and regulations pertaining work, productivity and quality are strictly adhered to.

B)1. To plan and perform regular visits around the premise to identify any maintenance requirements and organise relevant response.
2. To plan and perform detailed annual maintenance assessments for property and report upkeep requirements.
3. Hiring subcontractors for specialized maintenance work
4. Carrying out pre and post inspections checks
5. To ensure all aspects of the building maintenance is carried out including any repair work that is required.
6. To ensure that maintenance and cleanliness of the premises is maintained at all times.
7. To prepare and manage rosters for all security staffs.
8. To perform audits on trucks, diesel usage and other work areas to ensure that company policies are being adhered to.
9. Shall ensure that all security staffs follow and carry out all their job responsibility without fail.
10. To prepare and manage rosters for all security staffs.
11. Any others duties/task will be assigned by your superior from time to time
12. To work with warehouse personnel to look into the housekeeping of the warehouse.
13. To maintain proper records on periodic service of trucks carried out and parts replaced.
14. To monitor customs license expiry, documentations, prepare renewals/approvals.
