We are currently looking to hire Maintenance (Electrical) Analyst to be based in our Manjung, Perak office. JOB SUMMARY Assist Maintenance Supervisor on preparing, compiling and analyse all document related to arrangement of Health, Safety and Environment Control and Monitoring, Sustaining of 5S maturity, Continuous Improvement activities through KAIZEN, VPS Compliance, Maintenance Work Order arrangement and allocation, validating control risk assessment, maintenance performance tracking, control and monitor for productivity and performance KPI. Compile all SOP / MOS (Method of statement) JSA, Job Safety Analysis and monitor Maintenance Service Contract as per Audit purpose, BMS Verification and monitoring: Ensures that contract planning to be submitted on time, Analyst cost & budget. Overall Purpose of the Role: Improve on Electrical Maintenance efficiency thru KPI Control and monitoring for Safety, Productivity, Quality and Cost. JOB RESPONSIBLITIES Participate in meetings on daily basis; Toolbox talk, Daily Manager FMDS meeting, Shutdown Progress Meeting and other meeting when required. Assist the execution of maintenance services for electrical & instrumentation either by electrical & automation staff or contractors while comply to VMM HSE Procedures. Compile, analyse, identify and updating FMDS and KPI monitoring on weekly basis for Safety, People, Productivity, Quality and Cost Provide assistant to compile and update to relevant partt all related YPM to make sure it is according to plan and relevant to current situation while fulfil the maintenance and HSE requirement. Leading a team to initiate MOC, MOS and JSA specially job awarded to contractor before sending a demand to planning team. To continuous review and revise all related document related to Electrical and instrumentation such as SOP, Work Instruction, JSA and etc. Assist supervisor to ensure all controls are being tested and working to guarantee that risks are monitored and controlled. Assist on 5S initiative (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) methodology to maintain workplace to a set maturity. Liaise with Planning team on maintenance plan (Offline, Opportunity and Shutdown) for Electrical Staff and Contractor. Ensure scheduling and executing as per agreed plan to comply with department KPI. Preventive Maintenance: To escalate and ensure all assets and equipment which require further maintenance treatment will be registered in SAP. All information shall be cascaded to Process team action. Act as focal point, to provide a communication point to team with other parties especially planning and provide a proactive feedback process between the technicians and management. Site verification for work to be performed during shutdown of equipment, based on the recommendations from Maintenance Plan and analyse of portfolios of services, priority setting and sequences in order to comply with Maintenance Plan. Assist VPS implementation to adhere to all 14 element such as FMDS, DBM / DBO. Assist engineering team to analyse equipment breakdown failures, proposing improvements initiative and lead to execute the corrective and improvement activities proposed. Carry out responsibilities as Contract Coordinator / Focal Point for all electrical execution team assisting Contract manager by review and validating all action taken and required action in contract management on monthly basis. Develop analysis tools for decision making, as well as data to inform budgeting. Monitor the implementation of planned activities, noting deviations, to identify and propose improvements to be incorporated and adapted to future planning. Lead for Kaizen activity (using PDCA mode) to improve team daily routine. Plan for training schedule with Training Centre, monitor expire date of all the staff under maintenance service. To report and escalate any maintenance treatment needed for all electrical equipment to related process inspector, engineer as well as electrical head on the necessary action in term of immediate or quick fix and long-term solution required to avoid any major incident or malfunction of equipment. Carry out additional duties, function and responsibility as directed or assigned by the Management. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor / Degree in Electrical Engineering or related or Diploma in Electrical with 8 years of progressively responsible electrical maintenance experience. Experience: According to Level Maintenance Analysist - minimum years of experience would be in the relevant field with the minimum of 2 years respectively after Degree in Engineering in Electrical or Diploma/Certificate holder with more than 8 years of relevant experience. Demonstrable knowledge and experience of Electrical Technical understanding, Electrical Safety and compliance works. Effective leadership ability with effective interpersonal skills of listening, relationship management and emotional intelligence. Able to work cross functionally and collaboratively with many stakeholders with a track record of proven experience of leadership, motivation and engaging teams. Specific knowledge: Maintenance knowledge on lean maintenance techniques and recognized QC tools, project management, cost & budget control. Work independently with minimal supervision Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Communicate with clarity and demonstrate excellence in approach to work and people activities. Ability to plan, manage, analyses and challenge: wide variety of activities at the same time Professional accreditation with an industry related body would be advantageous.
