\xef\xbb\xbfClient Background: MNC company.Industry : ManufacturingLocation: Kulaijaya, JohorHeadcount: 1Position Title : Maintenance EngineerTenure: PermanentRemuneration: RM4,500 - RM6,000Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Manage a team of technicians on reactive, preventative and predictive maintenance for all of the building and production equipment within the plant.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the management of the spare parts through the Advanced Plant Maintenance System (APM) to ensure machine downtime is kept to minimum.\xc2\xb7 Raise Purchase Requisitions with suppliers and follow up on a daily basis with them to ensure an on-time delivery whilst also providing a daily status report to the Process Engineering Manager.\xc2\xb7 Develop annual PM schedule for all equipment and ensure all the PM are carry out as per plan and keep the PM status up to date at all time. Provide monthly report to Process Engineering Manager and recovery plan for any delay in PM schedule.\xc2\xb7 Work with the process engineering team to ensure continuous improvement projects are carried out on time and identify areas which will result in cost reductions.\xc2\xb7 Understand the Production team\'s needs and ensure they are met with daily meetings.\xc2\xb7 Make monthly downtime and spare part consumption reports.\xc2\xb7 Will be highly resourceful, self-motivated and able to work well on own initiative.\xc2\xb7 Ensure that the department conforms to the IS09001, ISO14001, IATF 16949 and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements.\xc2\xb7 To do benchmarking for continual improvements\xc2\xb7 Any other reasonable duties which may be required by superior.Requirement\xc2\xb7 Possess a diploma/degree in Electrical Engineering pr Mechanical Engineering\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in carry out effective machine maintenance and spare part control with at least 5 years of working experience.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in equipment maintenance planning, and undertaking scheduled maintenance\xc2\xb7 Experienced in maintaining ultrasonic welding, leak testing and test instrumentation.\xc2\xb7 Pleating and adhesive dispensing equipment will be added advantage.\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and Problem-solving abilities is a MUST.\xc2\xb7 Ability to manage the maintenance budget and have the ability to justify an overspend if the case may arise.\xc2\xb7 Must be prepared to work outside of office hours from time to time.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in 6 Sigma, IS09001:2015, ISO 14000, IATF 16949 and OHSAS 18001 will be added advantage.\xc2\xb7 Mature, aggressive, hardworking, self-motivated, with a sense of urgency.\xc2\xb7 Good analytical and problem-solving skills.\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently with strong leadership qualities.\xc2\xb7 Disciplined and dynamic team player with a positive attitude.\xc2\xb7 Able to withstand pressure and long working hours.\xc2\xb7 Strong inclination towards working on a project-by-project basis.\xc2\xb7 Be motivated to work well independently with minimum supervision.\xc2\xb7 Possess the ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a team environment.\xc2\xb7 Possess good time management skills and practice excellent attendance.\xc2\xb7 Have the ability to function in a fast-paced environment.Sub Specialization : Engineering;Electrical / Electronics / Semi-conductor
