xefxbbxbfClient Background: MNC CompanyIndustry : ManufacturingLocation: Iskandar Puteri, JohorHeadcount: 1Position Title: Maintenance EngineerTenure: PermanentRemuneration: RM4,000 - RM6,000Responsibilitiesxc2xb7 Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues.xc2xb7 Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.xc2xb7 System maintenance: Develop and implement procedure, work instruction for machine maintenance.xc2xb7 Repairs: Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on machinery and equipment.xc2xb7 Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions and breakdowns.xc2xb7 Installation: Install new equipment and ensure it operates correctly.xc2xb7 Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations.xc2xb7 Machine qualification: Ensure all new machine approve on Management of Change (MOC) before start mass production.xc2xb7 Machine efficiency: To monitor machine utilization downtime and recovery time to ensure no impact on productivity that impact customer delivery.Secondary dutiesxc2xb7 Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work.xc2xb7 Contractor Management: Project Hirac, permit approval and Oversee contractors to ensure work is completed to standards.xc2xb7 Training: Train staff on proper maintenance procedures and equipment operation.Sub Specialization : Engineering;Electrical / Electronics / Semi-conductor
