Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Job Summary: Carry out machine preventive maintenance effectively and timely to minimize machine break down time
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and improve manufacturing process / equipment & fixtures halls for quality cost
2. Review, schedule and collaborating with other departments to resolve machine issue
3. Hands on machine maintenance and troubleshoot 4. Plan machine maintenance, manage MTBF and predictive maintenance
5. Preventive action to avoid same recurring problem
6. Spare part control and inventory
Education & Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Automation, Electrical and electronics or mechatronics
Experience:
Minimum 5 years precision machine maintenance and automation experiences are desirable and preferred in leadframe manufacturing industry
Skills and Competencies: * Possess good and effective communication skill with all levels with the organization, suppliers and customers

• Ability to provide leadership, direction, identify and resolve issues with other departments group effectively
• Able to work long hours and under high-pressure in fast paced environment
• Able to implement and carry-out improvement opportunities to identify profits and increase productivity

Physical Requirements: * Mature and pleasant personality with highly energetic and enthusiastic

• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
• Articulate, confident, result oriented and able to work independently under pressure
