Maintenance Operations & Inspections

Conduct spot inspections on the production floor and report via TEAMS Check machinery in boiler room, Bomba room, and production equipment for proper operation Verify daily and overnight maintenance reports for breakdowns or urgent issues Sign and ensure completion of preventive maintenance checklists Update ISO audit preventive maintenance schedule and service reports Monitor and update downtime and machine reliability factor reports
Planning & Coordination

Conduct handover meetings with maintenance team to update and assign tasks Plan and update manpower schedules for maintenance staff, considering absences Assign tasks for cleaning drains or other urgent maintenance needs Update and track progress of Northport task list Conduct toolbox safety briefings (EHS) for maintenance team
Administrative & Documentation

Raise PR, SSF, and PCW and send for management approval Update Work Order System (WOS) and MPPR for EGN-NPT Handle administrative tasks including emails, reporting, and clerical work Verify and acknowledge invoices and delivery orders (DO) Check availability of spare parts and ensure readiness for scheduled jobs Submit monthly consumables/parts claims Review and address worker grievances Review and update

Review and update

maintenance expenses report

Safety & Compliance

Ensure eye wash stations and safety showers are functioning properly Progressively follow up on tasks from safety committee meeting minutes

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field Minimum 2-4 years of experience in maintenance engineering or industrial maintenance Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, machinery troubleshooting, and reliability management Familiarity with ISO standards, safety protocols, and audit requirements Proficient in Work Order Systems (WOS) and reporting tools Ability to review and maintain reports such as KPA and maintenance expenses Good organizational, communication, and documentation skills Ability to supervise, plan, and train maintenance technicians Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
