Job Description

The Maintenance Engineer (Blow Department) will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, reliability, and maintenance of PET blow molding machines and related equipment in the beverage manufacturing process. The role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement activities to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.

REQUIREMENT:-

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in maintenance within PET blow molding or beverage/packaging industry (preferably with knowledge of Krones, Sidel, or similar blow molding machines) / Relevant maintenance experience Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Understanding of electrical troubleshooting, PLCs, and automation systems. Familiarity with maintenance planning, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and spare parts management. Ability to read and interpret machine manuals, technical drawings, and schematics. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Able to work under pressure and in fast-paced production environments. Willing to work in shifts and be on standby for breakdowns.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
