Jadestone Energy is an independent oil and gas production company focused on the Asia Pacific region. In 2021, Jadestone acquired SapuraOMV\'s assets in Peninsular Malaysia. These assets include interests in four licenses, two of which Jadestone has operated since the 2021 acquisition. These include a 70% operated interest in the PM329 PSC, containing the East Piatu field, and a 60% operated interest in the PM323 PSC, which contains the East Belumut, West Belumut and Chermingat fields. In addition, Jadestone acquired a 50% non-operated working interest in the PM318 and AAKBNLP PSCs, which were operated by PETRONAS Carigali. Jadestone assumed operatorship and full interest of those two PSCs earlier this year and is now engaged with PETRONAS on a path to unlocking additional value through these assets. Outside of Malaysia, the Company has a 100% operated working interest in the Stag oilfield and in the Montara project, both offshore Australia. Both the Stag and Montara assets include oil producing fields, with further development and exploration potential. The Company also has a 16.67% non-operated interest in the North West Shelf Oil Project offshore Western Australia, comprising four oil fields containing significant upside potential through potential infill drilling and life extension activities. Further, the Company has a 100% operated working interest in two gas development blocks in Southwest Vietnam, and an operated 100% interest in the Lemang PSC, onshore Sumatra, Indonesia, which includes the Akatara gas field development, where first production is expected in the first half of 2024. Most recently, the Company acquired a non-operated 9.52% interest in the Sinphuhorm producing gas field onshore Thailand. Led by an experienced management team with a track record of delivery, who were core to the successful growth of Talisman\'s business in Asia, the Company is pursuing an acquisition strategy focused on growth and creating value through identifying, acquiring, developing and operating assets in the Asia Pacific region. Principle Accountabilities: Serves as the focal person for maintenance oversight across the companies assets. Develop, plan, and execute maintenance programs for greenfield projects. Oversight of adequacy of operational and critical spares to achieve high uptime Conduct review of monthly maintenance data, backlogs and identify optimization opportunities available. Participate in failure and root cause analyses. Revise maintenance frequency, procedures, and plan as necessary to improve equipment/system reliability. Identify special tools and tools requirement to support maintenance strategy for greenfield projects. Oversight of turnaround major maintenance, shutdown work planning and scheduling Drive cost reduction, reliability improvement with technology base strategy to support availability of facilities. Provide technical, operation and maintenance inputs for greenfield projects. Oversee selection of equipment type and manufacturers, to ensure reliability, availability, operability, and maintainability of new facilities. Create new ideas for cost optimization for projects and facilities design. Form part of a team that carries out due diligence of M&A activity. Candidate Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in engineering preferred with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in upstream oil and gas facilities related to the following: Familiarity with oil and gas operation and maintenance for offshore platforms and onshore gas plants. Well-versed with maintenance of offshore facilities primarily static equipment, SCE and lifesaving equipment, basic electrical and instrument systems, basic rotating equipment, and systems Able to understand basic process systems and drawings to help enable work execution. Able to oversee the build of maintenance management systems (CMMS) Able to work within a team and lead a team where necessary for problem solving. Is self-motivated and possesses good attitude. Able to attend to visit other office locations where the company operates. Able to lead and impart knowledge to Graduate Engineers Able to contribute to developing asset life plans. Able to create budgets for asset maintenance budgets. Candidate Profile Ability to coordinate multiple tasks (planning, organizing, control) Strong technical communication skills and good interpersonal skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Generally strong technical understanding of ITM (Inspection, Testing & Maintenance techniques) Must be capable and prepared to travel to other business units or offshore work locations.
