JOB DESCRIPTION
General operative duties in this instance could include: * Work closely with the production by providing technical support and assistance to always ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure the programs and schedule maintenance are carried in accordance to AIMS planned.
- Technicians have to complete the tasks as stated in the AIMS unplanned/planned work orders.
- Monthly meeting with production key personnel - highlight the repair and services costs, identify and focus on major items to ensure compliance.
- Reduced the machinery schedule maintenance.
- Ensure the legal requirement ( such as Dosh inspection) , external audit ( API, FM global, ISO ) requirement complied.
- Experience in maintenance work facilities such as high voltage main switch room, generator set, air compressor, fire pump, overhead crane, etc.
- Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong teamwork skills and leadership to lead technical groups.
- Experience working in manufacturing / mechanical machining minimum 3 years.
