Job Description

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in maintenance, with a focus on manufacturing. Strong skills in preventative maintenance, equipment repair, and facility maintenance. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Planning and carrying out scheduled maintenance. Responding to emergencies. Diagnosing faults. Repairing equipment and testing repairs. Supervising contractors, and engineering and technical staff. Ordering specialist components, fixtures or fittings. Creating maintenance procedures. Maintain and improve equipment and facilities to ensure efficient and effective operations. Conduct regular equipment inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues. Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and prolong the life of equipment. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs and ensure equipment is operating at peak performance. Develop and maintain maintenance procedures and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including safety and environmental regulations. Continuously monitor and analyze maintenance performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports on maintenance performance to senior management. Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives to improve equipment performance and minimize downtime.
