Job Description

You will be the main person responsible for planning and executing scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing machine breakdowns, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, you will conduct accuracy checks and calibrations, create maintenance procedures, supervise maintenance staff, and provide technical support and coaching for the various automated machines

• Planning and undertaking scheduled machine or equipment maintenance.
• Responding to machine breakdown, diagnosing faults and repairing.
• Performing quarterly machine accuracy check, calibration and accuracy test cut.
• Create and review machine maintenance procedures as and when necessary.
• Daily inspection to check and ensure all equipment and tools are kept clean and safe to use.
• Trouble shoot and problem solving according to the technical information and based on good workmanship.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Troubleshooting electrical problem, mechanical problem, hydraulic problem and air pneumatic problem
• Supervise maintenance executives & technicians.
• Provide the appropriate level of feedback, support and coaching to the team.

• Bachelor\'s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Knowledge in CNC machine system controller exp : Okuma OSP , Mazatrol , Siemens & Fanuc
• Knowledge of CNC programming, PLC systems and relevant software applications, including excellent problemsolving skills.
• Knowledge in electric system AC , DC , STAR/DELTA and conversion.
• Knowledge in machine accuracy control, check, calibration and test.
• 3-5 years related working experience in CNC machining workshop.
