• Planning and undertaking scheduled machine/equipment maintenance, machine accuracy check, calibration, and accuracy test cut.
• Responding to machine breakdown, diagnosing faults and repairing.
• Daily inspection to check and ensure all equipment and tools are kept clean and safe to use.
• Trouble shoot and problem solving according to the technical information and based on good workmanship.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Troubleshooting electrical problem, mechanical problem, hydraulic problem and air pneumatic problem

Job Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Knowledge in CNC machine system controller exp : Okuma OSP, Mazatrol, Siemens & Fanuc
• Knowledge of CNC programming, PLC systems and relevant software applications, including excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in electric system AC, DC, STAR/DELTA and conversion.
• Knowledge in machine accuracy control, check, calibration and test.
• 5 years related working experience in CNC machining workshop.
