Position Overview
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will ensure the reliable operation, performance, and availability of production machinery and automated systems, including robotics, to support continuous production excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programmes to minimise equipment downtime.
Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of machinery and automated systems including robotic components and control systems.
Coordinate and oversee maintenance technicians and contractors to deliver timely and efficient support.
Guide, train, and mentor maintenance technicians on advanced maintenance tasks.
Analyse maintenance data, identify trends, and recommend engineering improvements to boost reliability and productivity.
Collaborate with planning, production and quality teams to align maintenance planning with operational goals.
Qualification
Degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
More than 2 years' experience in maintenance engineering within manufacturing, with exposure to robotics or automation system is a plus.
Strong technical skills and understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
