JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Location; Senai, Johor
Industry: Electrical and Electronics Manufacturing (MNC)
New set up manufacturing plant located in Senai, Johor. To start operation in May / June 2023.
Lead and guide maintenance technicians in trouble-shooting and repairing of machine & equipment, on a daily basis.
To plan and oversee corrective and preventive maintenance of production machines and factory equipment.
To implement Continuous Improvement projects, cost-saving projects, new machines, installations, machinery modifications, automation, upgrades etc.
To develop and train maintenance staffs with relevant technical and organizational skills.
Coordinate the supply of tools and materials for maintenance department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Possesses Bachelor\'s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
Have at least 5 years of experience in maintenance role in manufacturing industry.
Strong technical and leadership skills.
