Job Responsibilities:

In charge of coordinating the necessary maintenance work (i.e. including the upkeep of machineries) within the Factory To ensure all machineries and equipment under maintenance care runs smoothly and reliably Responsible for machine repairing set up before releasing to production Support production to meet overall department goal and ensure no quality issue which would affect production yield In charge of overall maintenance coordination and facilities function Manage maintenance spare parts usage and identify opportunity for improvement at the same time reduce maintenance expenses Lead, guide and coach maintenance technicians in all technical aspects Ensure proper facilities are available for new equipment set up Responsible for machine uptime and equipment spare part inventory management Responsible to trouble shoot plant machinery maintenance diagnose technical issue during production process

Job Requirement:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Possess good electrical and mechanical trouble shooting and problem-solving skill At least 3 year of experience in an Electronic Manufacturing environment Basic skill in electrical installation and repair Must be resourceful and able to provide support, solution and improvement Knowledge of ISO 9001,ISO 14001 and ISO 13485 will be an added advantage. A team worker, High integrity and commitment. Good communications skills - esp. in English and Bahasa Malaysia Willing to work at Ulu Tiram, Johor
